Effective April 1, 2012 individuals who have not started their assigned or purchased OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses will not be able to complete the program until further notice.
By simply starting the course before April 1 you ensure your participation in the program.
If you have started the program, there is nothing else necessary for you to do at this time. You many continue the assignment.
Important information for Administrators: If you are an administrator, you will not be able to make new assignments for OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 after March 30, 2012 until further notice. Please forward this note to individuals in your organization who have not started their assignment.
OSHA recently selected UL PureSafety as one of only 10 training providers authorized to deliver online training as part of its Outreach Training Program. We participated in a stringent application process to be part of OSHA’s initiative aimed at ensuring the quality and integrity of online training programs. For this reason, we must temporarily suspend our offering but look forward to being able to continue the offering very soon.

The purpose of this correspondence is to remind you that the Drug Testing Funds are authorized to cover an Annual Screening, “one” drug test per calendar year, with the exception of a Random, Recollect, Testing for Cause or a Post-Accident.

The Unions Network. The WES was created with the goal of eliminating redundant costs and establishing a nationwide "Union Network" to share worker data around the country, seamlessly, instantaneously.

As many of you know, one of the many enhancements to your program that will ensure that the MUST
label is met, is the transition to a new provider for your drug testing services. Effective, January 1, 2008 Kroll Laboratory Specialists, Inc. will be your new drug testing vendor.

The first initial login
to the enhanced program will require you to enter your:
1. Full SSN as your Username.
2. First four digits of your SSN as your Password.
You now have the option to create your own unique
username and password if you do not wish to utilize
your SSN. (note: this is case sensitive)
